Triceps exercise with grip tape
Preparation
Fix the sled at chest height in a slightly inclined position and attach both grip straps using the snap hook.
Starting position
Stand sideways in a lunge so that your back is facing the machine. Hold a loop with both hands and keep your elbows close to your head.
Execution
Slowly stretch your arms. Then return to the starting position.
Hint
The movement is performed exclusively from the elbow.

Keep the upper body still. When the carriage is in the horizontal position, please observe the corresponding force level limit according to the instructions for use, depending on the piston!
